Some personal thoughts on the upcoming StarWars movies

First off, I am glad that Disney bought LucasFilms. Obviously Fox and LucasFilms weren’t planning on making any new StarWars movies for the foreseeable future. I am also glad that George Lucas is not going to direct or be heavily involved in the new wave of StarWars movies, seeing the four he directed, “Episode IV “, ” Episode I”, “Episode II”, and ” Episode III”, only one of them was good. Also, we will get a whole new line of StarWars merchandise, which is always a good thing. So as you can see there’s a lot of good things to like and to be excited about the upcoming movies. However, there are three things that I do not like. The first thing I do not like is that they are going to have spin-offs in between episode VII, VIII, IX. I personally believe that this is too much and that we will get burned out by the time the grand finale hits theaters. Also I could see these movies going overboard and just being bad. A second thing that troubles me** This is complete speculation** is that they’ll find a way to bring back Darth Vader. Why? Because he is the most recognizable and popular character in that universe. Now don’t get me wrong, I love Lord Vader, but there is honestly no way that you can bring him back to life, as a bad guy, and it make sense. I mean we saw him being redeemed and his body given a proper Jedi send off… BEING BURNED! The third and final thing that I do not like, and it has nothing to do with the movie, and the Fox Fanfare. For those of you who do not know what the Fox Fanfare is, it is when you hear the drums right before the movie and the StarWars theme start. I honestly think that the Fox Fanfare is tied into StarWars and should somehow be sent to Disney..
